ProMediaFlow — 9 Feb 2026: Overhauled public casting and client review, Timeline shot trimming and reordering and Task and organization visibility improvements

Today brings an upgraded casting experience with richer candidate portfolios and status tracking, alongside smoother shot editing controls in the Creator Studio timeline.

Casting Management

• Applicants can now complete their full profile directly on the public casting page and track their application status when returning.
• Client view features agency-style portfolio cards with prominent numbering and a responsive photo grid.
• Clicking a candidate opens a fullscreen modal with photo galleries, dedicated video tabs, physical specs, and easy next/previous navigation.
• Showreel playback now cleanly supports both widescreen and vertical video across YouTube, Vimeo, and uploaded reels.
• Signing in or registering with Google now redirects you straight back to your casting page.

Creator Studio

• Trim shots directly on the timeline using drag handles on either side.
• Reorder shots within a scene by dragging them into place with a clear drop indicator.
• Add new shots or delete existing ones directly from the timeline view.

Persons

• Showreel video players now reliably play uploaded showreels and external videos at their correct aspect ratios.

Atlas EMS

• Quick-adding tasks in views filtered by brand now automatically keeps the selected brand assigned.
• Team members can now see organizations they belong to in the inbox, not just organizations they own.

ProMediaFlow

• Google sign-in is now available on the main registration page.
• Tasks with time entries logged for today now appear in your Today view even without explicit due dates.
• Action links inside notification emails now direct to full, valid URLs.
• A new Referrals tab in billing allows you to track and manage your referral code and rewards.
