What is Music Creator

Music Creator is ProMediaFlow’s standalone studio for AI-generated music. It provides the fastest path from a creative brief to a finished, shareable track without requiring a digital audio workstation (DAW) or session musicians.

By organizing your work into projects, you can draft lyrics, generate complete tracks (including vocals, instrumentals, and arrangement plans), upload your own audio files, and compare different versions in one secure workspace. Every project maintains a clean, private, and versioned track list so your growing catalog remains neatly organized and secure.

Getting started

To open the app and begin creating music:

1. Navigate to the Music Creator application within your ProMediaFlow dashboard.
2. From your project list, click the Create Project button to start a new project.
3. Give your project a title. You can also optionally add a description, genre, and mood.
4. Once created, click on your project to open it.

The workspace features two primary tabs:

• Generator: Where you configure and render music.
• Versions: Where you listen to and manage your tracks.

Note on Credits: AI generations consume credits from your balance. The system automatically checks your balance before starting any generation. If your balance is too low, the app will notify you with an "Insufficient credits" message, and nothing will be charged or created.

Key capabilities

• Full Track & Music Generation: Generate complete songs with vocals or pure instrumentals from a simple creative brief. Customize your song's theme, genre, mood, duration, language, vocal types, and named artist style influences.
• Music Library & Audio Management: Track and manage every rendered track or uploaded file within a versioned list in your project. The library provides automatic BPM (beats per minute) detection and visual waveform analysis. You can play any track inline, compare takes, and download your files.
• Lyrics Generator: Draft AI-powered lyrics separately from audio generation. Utilize a built-in genre catalog, select vocal types, or generate lyrics in dual languages. This lets you cheaply refine your words, title, and structure before committing to a full audio render.

How to use it

Generating a complete song from a brief

1. Open your project and select the Generator tab.
2. Set your track configurations: choose a theme, genre, mood, vocal type, language, duration, and named artist style.
3. If you want a track without vocals, toggle Instrumental mode on.
4. Click Generate Lyrics if you want to draft and edit the song's text first. The generator will produce a title, lyrics, and an arrangement description.
5. Click Generate Audio to render the track.
6. Once completed, navigate to the Versions tab. Your track will appear in the library list where you can play it back or click download.

Steering audio with reference tracks

If you have an existing song that has the vibe you want to match:

1. Use the reference audio upload tool to analyze your reference file first.
2. Toggle on the reference audio options in your generator settings.
3. Select whether to use the style from your reference for your new lyrics, or to apply its arrangement flow directly to your new audio generation.

Uploading your own audio

1. Inside your open project, drag and drop an audio file into the workspace, or click to upload one manually.
2. The app supports MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, and AAC formats.
3. Once uploaded, the track will automatically process, detect the BPM, analyze the waveform, and appear directly in your Versions tab for inline playback.

Tips & notes

• Cost Efficiency: Lyrics generation is significantly cheaper than rendering full audio. It is highly recommended to finalize your lyrics and arrangement notes before running an audio generation.
• Non-Destructive Library: Generating a new track or uploading a file never overwrites your previous work. Each run adds a new item to your project's version list.
• Input Limits & Constraints:
  • Audio generation requires either a prompt or lyrics to proceed; leaving both empty will result in an error.
  • Default audio models support prompts up to 2,000 characters.
  • Certain high-quality voice models support prompts up to 1,500 characters.
  • Generated lyric arrangements are capped at 1,000 characters.
• Real-time Session Expiry: Real-time DJ sessions live in temporary memory and will automatically close after 30 minutes of idle time. If you attempt to control an expired session, the system will show an expired session error.
• File Upload Restrictions: Only supported audio formats (MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, and AAC) are accepted. Other file types will be rejected with an instructional message.
• Data Privacy & Safety: Your catalog is strictly private to you. Other users cannot view or access your projects. Deleting a project will permanently delete all its associated tracks.
