What is Library

The Library app serves as the central reference catalog and style vocabulary hub for the ProMediaFlow platform. It provides a standardized, visual space where you can browse, organize, and select creative styles, production settings, and script layouts to structure your projects.

When you select styles within the platform's creative tools, those choices are automatically translated into precise instructions for the system's AI engines. This ensures visual consistency across all your generated media. The Library manages 37 distinct style vocabularies—ranging from camera profiles and lighting setups to editing pacing and dialogue styles—to enrich your creative briefs.

Getting started

To open the Library app:

1. Log into the ProMediaFlow platform.
2. Select Library from the main navigation menu.

The application features a unified, shared interface organized into three primary tabs:

• Feed Tab: Browse a discovery stream of creative assets, styles, and thematic collections across your organization.
• Media Tab: View and manage visual references, style influences, and color profiles.
• Vocabulary Tab: Access and manage specific style categories and project types.

Note: AI generations performed across the platform based on your chosen library styles consume credits.

Key capabilities

Script Variant Selection & Recommendations

Establish the structural and narrative foundation of your projects by choosing from literary script variants bundled directly with your templates.

• Script Variant Cataloging & Listing: Access 3 to 5 script variants bundled with a product template. You can quickly review structural metrics for each variant, including scene, character, and location counts, alongside estimated runtimes, usage counts, and narrative styles.
• Detailed Previews: Open, read, and preview the full literary script text formatted in clean markdown before deciding to use it in your project.
• Automated Recommendations: When your project brief specifies a target audience and emotional tone, the system automatically ranks and recommends available script variants based on their historical success rates and how closely they match your specified parameters.
• Outcome Recording: After completing a project, you can record a delivery outcome score on a scale from -1 (poor performance) to 1 (highly successful). The system aggregates these ratings to refine future recommendations.

Core Style Catalogues

Browse and manage the platform's core creative vocabularies. The Library supports a wide selection of 37 distinct vocabularies, including:

• Director Styles: Curated presets reflecting the signature styles of notable directors.
• Cinematography Looks: Settings for camera, lens, lighting setups, and film stock aesthetics.
• Montage Rhythms: Presets for editing pacing and video flow.
• Aesthetics: Overall artistic themes and visual design directions.
• Shot Types: Framing, camera angle, and point-of-view presets.
• Rendering Mediums: Visual outputs ranging from traditional film styles to digital rendering types.
• Color Palettes: Curated color schemes equipped with exact hex swatches.
• Enrichment Vocabularies: Target platforms, pacing types, dialogue styles, point-of-view setups, content subtypes, and project goals.

An administrative interface is available for managing these options, access permissions, and metadata hierarchies.

Project Types Catalog

Configure and reference the foundational structures for different types of productions. The Library includes 15 ready-to-use, pre-seeded system project types:

• Music singles, music albums, music tracks, music videos, commercials, photoshoots, podcast shows, podcast episodes, shorts, short films, documentaries, livestreams, DJ sets, concerts, and conference talks.

Each project type contains predefined production settings such as default cover aspect ratios, asset slots, allowed brand roles, and Russian-language labels where applicable. Authorized administrators can also create custom project types tailored to your organization's specific needs.

Media Reference Gallery

Manage the visual influences that support your style presets. The Media Reference Gallery allows you to upload visual references, tag assets, and assign specific color swatches (complete with hex codes) directly to your style presets. This gallery is integrated directly into the main library navigation for quick access during the curation process.

Collections & Feed

Organize individual library items and style presets into thematic collections. Use the discovery feed to browse, filter, and discover assets and ideas across all available catalogues using a unified interface.

How to use it

Exploring Styles and Visual References

1. Navigate to the Vocabulary tab.
2. Select one of the style catalogues (such as Color Palettes or Cinematography Looks).
3. Click on any preset to view its detailed page. Here, you will find its description, stylistic influences, specific signatures, and associated hex swatches.
4. Go to the Media tab to upload and tag new image references, linking them directly to your creative presets.

Selecting and Evaluating Script Variants

1. When configuring a new project, browse the 3 to 5 script variants bundled with your selected template.
2. Review each variant's scene count, runtime, narrative style, usage count, and historical success rate.
3. Select the recommended variant that best matches your target audience and emotional tone. The system will automatically seed your project script with this variant's text.
4. Once your project is finalized, record a performance score (ranging from -1 for poor performance to 1 for highly successful outcomes). The system will aggregate this feedback to improve future script suggestions.

Creating Custom Project Types (Admins Only)

1. Navigate to the Project Types catalogue.
2. To use one of the 15 pre-seeded options (like podcast episodes or commercials), select it to view its default settings (such as aspect ratios, asset slots, and brand roles).
3. If you have administrative permissions, use the creation controls to add a custom project type for your organization and define its unique layout rules, brand roles, and Russian-language labels.

Tips & notes

• System vs. Organization Controls: The 15 default system project types are read-only to ensure baseline platform compatibility. Custom project types created by your organization can be fully edited and deleted by your account administrators.
• Unified Design: The Feed, Media, and Vocabulary tabs share a standardized layout, making filtering and visual browsing consistent across all directories.
• Data-Driven Selection: Take advantage of the success rates displayed on script variants. These statistics are continuously updated based on actual delivery outcomes across your organization's projects.
• Style Memory: The platform can remember your preferred styles based on your past runs, allowing it to automatically apply your preferred style to a new run from your user history.
• Recent Improvements: Recent updates have unified the interface layout and navigation, providing a more streamlined, visual discovery experience when browsing catalogs.
