What is Media Gallery

Media Gallery is the central home for every piece of media you create across the ProMediaFlow platform. Instead of bouncing between different tools to find your work, Media Gallery automatically gathers your creations into a single, searchable grid.

The gallery aggregates content from multiple sources across the platform:

• Blaze AI: Your complete AI generation history.
• Creator Studio: Shots and assets produced for your active projects (listed under the Production tab).
• Media Factory: Output generated from your Media Factory workflows.
• Styles: Your saved project looks and visual templates.
• Unified Favorites: A single Liked view that pulls together your favorited items from every application.

Because the Media Gallery acts as an organization layer rather than a duplicate storage system, it simply points to your existing assets. Organizing, saving, or grouping items here will never duplicate files or consume extra storage space.

Getting started

To open the application, select Media Gallery from your ProMediaFlow workspace menu.

When you first open the app, it instantly displays a grid of your recently created media. The gallery uses a smart caching system that remembers your last viewed items, allowing the grid to load immediately when you return. It then quietly updates in the background to ensure you are seeing your absolute latest creations.

Because the gallery simply displays media you have already generated elsewhere, browsing and organizing your files does not consume any platform credits.

Key capabilities

• Media Collections: Organize your files into custom groups, moodboards, or reference sets. With a streamlined browsing interface, an optimized layout, and enhanced interface responsiveness, you can manage these sets quickly using responsive menus, drag-and-drop actions, and navigation dialogs. Collections can be set to private, shared with your team, or shared externally with a secure link. The first image you add to an empty collection automatically becomes its visual cover.
• Media Gallery Picker: When working in other applications on the platform, this dedicated selection window pops up whenever you need to choose existing assets. It features an optimized grid layout with clear visual indicators, allowing you to quickly search, browse, and select multiple items to pull directly into your current task.
• Integrated Audio Player: A persistent playback bar appears at the bottom of your screen when playing audio files. This allows you to listen to your voiceovers, music, or sound effects continuously without interrupting your browsing, searching, or organizing workflow.
• App Changelog Hub: Stay up to date with the latest features and updates directly within the platform's App Store interface. Visual indicators and detailed version history logs help you track exactly what is new in the gallery.

How to use it

Browsing and Filtering Media

• Switch Layouts: Toggle between a dense masonry grid view (ideal for visual scanning) and a detailed list view.
• Filter by Source: Use the tabs at the top of the screen (All, Liked, Blaze AI, Images, Videos, Audio, Production, Factory, Styles) to instantly narrow down your view.
• Search and Refine: Use the search bar to type keywords or filter by specific models, and use the media type filters to display only images, videos, or audio files.

Viewing and Playing Media

• Previewing: Click on any media card to open a full-screen preview.
• Images: View high-resolution images in a distraction-free lightbox.
• Videos & Audio: Play video and audio files inline. Audio files will load into the persistent bottom playback bar so you can keep listening while looking at other assets.
• Downloading: Use the download button inside the preview window to save the original file to your device.

Inspecting AI Details & Finding Similar Items

When you open an item's details, you can view AI-extracted insights:

• AI Metadata: See automatically generated descriptions, keyword tags, and categories.
• Color Analysis: Inspect the dominant colors and overall color palette.
• Find Similar: Click the Find Similar button on any image to instantly scan your library. The system will surface other images that share matching color profiles, keywords, or tags.

Liking and Favoriting

Click the heart icon on any piece of media—whether you are currently in Blaze, looking at a project style, or browsing the gallery.

• All favorites are unified into your Liked tab.
• The Liked tab is team-aware. If you are working within a shared team project, this view merges favorites from your teammates so everyone can collaborate on a single shortlist.

Creating and Sharing Collections

1. Create a Collection: Open the collections menu, click to create a new collection, and give it a name and optional description.
2. Add Items: Right-click any media card (or click the options menu) and select the collection you want to add it to.
3. Set Privacy: Choose whether your collection is Private (visible only to you) or Public (visible to your team in the shared library). Admin users can also flag public collections as featured "Editor Picks."
4. Share with a Link: Toggle the share link option on any collection to generate a secure, private link. You can send this link to anyone—even external stakeholders without a ProMediaFlow account. They will be able to view the curated files and see your owner name in a clean, read-only presentation.

Tips & notes

• AI Analysis Requirement: The "Find Similar" tool and color palette displays are only available for media files that have completed their AI analysis. If an item is still processing or has not been analyzed, it will display normally in your gallery, but these advanced search and color features will be unavailable.
• Loading Boundaries: To keep the gallery running fast, search and filter operations query your most recent history (up to 500 to 1,000 items per source category at a time).
• Link Security: If you disable the share link for a collection, the secure link is instantly deactivated. Anyone attempting to use the old link will receive an error page.
• Collection Deletion: Deleting a collection only deletes the folder group itself. The actual images, videos, and audio files remain safe in their original application histories.
