What is Flow

Flow is the central application and solution marketplace within the ProMediaFlow platform. It provides a catalog of "solutions"—packaged business workflows that combine specific processes and styles to automate your daily operations.

These workflows are designed to scale dynamically. They start as manual, human-supervised tasks and progress to fully autonomous operations that run entirely on their own. As workflows run, they continuously gather performance data, allowing their speed, precision, and quality to automatically improve with every execution.

Getting started

To open the application and begin working with your workflows:

1. Log in to your ProMediaFlow dashboard.
2. Select and open the Flow application from your dashboard menu.
3. You will be directed to the central marketplace catalog where you can browse available solutions or manage your customized workflows.

Key capabilities

• Solution Marketplace: Browse and run automated business workflow templates organized by Type, Subcategory, and Style to find the exact process you need for your operations.
• Autonomy Scale: See exactly where each solution sits on the ladder from manual, human-supervised tasks to fully autonomous execution.
• Maturity Badges: Instantly identify a workflow's reliability via dynamic status badges. Solutions are labeled as either Verified (proven reliable across multiple runs, high quality, and high user acceptance) or Experimental (new, modified, or unverified workflows).
• Process Map & Resources: View the full structural layout of any workflow to understand its steps, alongside the specific AI capabilities and human roles needed to carry it out.
• Learning Curve: Watch a solution get better over time with live trend charts that track real-time improvements in quality and decreases in completion time (time-to-task) across sequential runs.
• Version Selector: Inspect every historical model version of a solution to see how its overall performance score has evolved over time.
• System vs. Custom Filtering: Use quick filters to separate platform-provided, ready-to-use templates (System) from your own personalized, copied workflows (Custom).

How to use it

1. Browse and filter solutions

Open the marketplace catalog and use the menu to filter by Type, Subcategory, and Style.

• To see only default, platform-provided templates, filter for System solutions.
• To view workflows that you or your team have modified, filter for Custom solutions.

2. Inspect solution details

Click on any solution card in the catalog to open its detailed overview screen. From here, you can:

• Inspect the visual Process Map to understand each step of the workflow.
• Review the required AI resources and human roles to ensure you have the necessary capabilities active.
• Check the Autonomy Scale to see if the process requires manual intervention or can run autonomously.
• Check the Version Selector to look at past versions and performance score progress.
• Review the Learning Curve to see real-world efficiency trends (such as quality and time-to-task) from previous runs.

3. Fork a solution

If you find a platform-provided System solution that you want to customize for your own needs:

1. Select the solution from the catalog.
2. Click the option to Fork it.
3. This creates a Custom copy that you can safely modify and experiment with.

4. Run a workflow

When you are ready to execute a solution, the run environment depends on its maturity badge:

• For Experimental solutions: Run the workflow in a supervised, safe sandbox environment to monitor its behavior and mitigate risks.
• For Verified solutions: Run the workflow with higher levels of autonomy. As a Verified solution builds trust through successful runs, it can progress up the autonomy ladder toward running entirely without manual intervention.

Tips & notes

• The learning effect: Every time a solution runs, the platform tracks its run count, quality, and user acceptance. This data is fed back into the system, meaning the solution gets smarter, faster, and more precise the more you use it.
• Sandbox safety: If you modify any solution, its badge will revert to Experimental. It must be run and tested in the supervised sandbox before it can earn a Verified badge and unlock higher levels of unsupervised autonomy.
